Target Information

Aflatoxins, which are carcinogenic mycotoxins produced by Aspergillus fungi, lead to a condition known as aflatoxicosis. This condition is prevalent in various regions worldwide and impacts young animals such as poultry (notably ducklings and turkey poults), piglets, pregnant sows, calves, and dogs. The consumption of feed contaminated with aflatoxins can result in serious toxic effects in farm animals, increasing their vulnerability to infectious diseases. This contamination also contributes to higher mortality rates, weight loss, diminished performance, and reduced reproductive capability.
