Grimontia hollisae is a species of Grimontia proteobacteria in the family Vibrionaceae, naturally occurring in marine environments. G. hollisae is mainly linked to gastroenteritis, leading to moderate to severe diarrhea. Most reported infections have been traced back to the consumption of seafood, particularly oysters.
