BioVenic mouse anti-Clostridium perfringens epsilon toxin monoclonal antibody is specific for Clostridium perfringens. It was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It can be applied to sandwich ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose clostridial enterotoxicosis. The clone O18Y89 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone O18Y90 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
