BioVenic mouse monoclonal antibody is specific for feline coronavirus (FCoV). It was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It can be applied to ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose feline coronavirus (FCoV) infection in feline. The clone N07Y25 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N07Y26 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Feline coronavirus is a viral pathogen that infects domestic cats. It can manifest in two forms, feline enteric coronavirus (FECV), which usually causes mild gastrointestinal symptoms, and feline infectious peritonitis virus (FIPV), which can lead to a more severe and systemic disease known as feline infectious peritonitis (FIP).
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with dry ice. Store at -20°C to -80°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
