Animal Immune Cell Isolation and Characterization
The animal immune system is the body's organization that performs immune functions and is the basis for immune responses, of which immune cells are an important component. The division of labor and cooperation of different immune cells together complete the immune response and its regulation. The isolation, functional determination and characterization of various animal immune cells is of great importance for the understanding of their roles and relationships in immune responses. BioVenic has designed and developed animal immune cell separation technologies of different types and applications for customers based on the differences in physicochemical properties, functions and specific surface markers of animal immune cells. We achieve gentle sorting of target immune cells by optimizing and improving experimental equipment and standard protocols. BioVenic offers customized services for the separation and identification of animal immune cells, with the aim of providing powerful tools for basic research into the functions of different immune cell types and the characterization of specific immune cell populations for veterinary research purposes. Starting with the detailed classification of animal immune cells, from natural killer cells, and T cells to macrophages and dendritic cells, we offer our customers a one-stop solution, committed to improving your experimental performance and consistency of results.

Animal Immune Cell Isolation
BioVenic has developed customized technical services for the separation of various animal immune cells based on their different characteristics, such as different cell densities, different cell surface biological properties and different cell surface differentiation antigens. Our team of experts understands the nuances of separating immune cells from different sources and develops the most scientific and efficient solutions tailored to the significant variations in samples and cell populations.

Density Gradient Centrifugation Separation
BioVenic specializes in the use of density gradient centrifugation for the isolation of animal immune cells and offers tailor-made solutions for projects with different requirements. Our team of experts emphasizes the differences in specific gravity of individual components in animal blood samples. We use lymphocyte stratification fluid for density gradient separation and use stratification fluid to separate different types of animal immune cells to facilitate target cell recovery. Our standard procedure for density gradient centrifugation of animal tissue samples fine-tunes critical factors such as room temperature and specific gravity of the stratification fluid to ensure maximum immune cell yield.
Immunomagnetic Bead Separation
BioVenic has mastered the immunomagnetic bead method, commonly used in the separation of animal immune cells to isolate target cells for scientific research. Our services are categorized according to the type of immunomagnetic beads, the relationship between the cells bound to the magnetic beads and the cells to be obtained, direct or indirect methods, and positive or negative selection methods. This allows customers to choose the most appropriate technical solutions. We are continuously optimizing the antigen-antibody reaction in the immunomagnetic bead method and improving the specific binding of immunomagnetic beads to cells through the high affinity and biological amplification effect between biotin and avidin, thereby improving the cell separation efficiency.
Animal Immune Cell Characterization
BioVenic identifies isolated immune cells or immune cells in various samples based on the expression of specific animal immune cell surface and intracellular markers, and analyses the functions of T cells, B cells and natural killer cells to develop a complete set of immune cell characterization solutions. We combine the high-throughput detection platform of animal cell small molecule markers with immune cell identification and characterization services, and use flow cytometry, single-cell immunohybridization technology, etc. to characterize different animal immune cell types.
Cell Morphology Detection
BioVenic has developed a comprehensive animal cell microscopic imaging technology platform and has expertise in various microscopy techniques, including laser confocal, wide-field fluorescence, and total internal reflection imaging. Our animal cell characterization service leverages cell morphological alterations to differentiate between various types of immune cells and to assess the cellular state, offering a microscopic view of the cells.
Cell Surface Marker Detection
BioVenic strictly categorizes animal immune cells based on the different surface markers expressed by different types of immune cells. It identifies their types and cell subsets. We are continuously developing and researching a series of cluster differentiation antigens (CD), receptors and antigen presentation markers specific to animal immune cells. This enriches the unique markers of different types of animal immune cells and broadens the range of immune cell identification.
Cell Function Detection
BioVenic has in-depth knowledge of the unique functions of typical animal immune cells and has further identified the types and activities of target cells by using various tests to detect the distinctive functions of immune cells. We offer comprehensive animal immune cell testing solutions to ensure precise alignment with client research objectives and seamless project execution.
