BioVenic mouse monoclonal antibody is specific for respiratory syncytial virus. It is affinity purified by protein A. It can be applied to ELISA, IFA, WB and IAC of respiratory syncytial virus. The clone L10N1 can be used as capture antibody and the L10N2 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a significant pathogen responsible for a wide range of respiratory tract infections, particularly affecting infants, young children, elderly individuals, and immunocompromised adults. RSV belongs to the family Paramyxoviridae and is further classified into two subtypes, A and B, which are distinct but share a high degree of genetic and antigenic similarity.

This product is shipped with ice gel packs. Store at -20°C (up to 12 months) on receipt. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
