Mouse Anti-Western Equine Encephalitis Virus (WEEV) Envelope Glycoprotein E1 Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-Western equine encephalitis virus (WEEV) envelope glycoprotein E1 glycoprotein monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Western equine encephalitis. The clone N07Y59 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N07Y60 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
Specifications
Target Information
The E1 glycoprotein is crucial for the attachment and entry of the Western equine encephalitis virus (WEEV) into host cells. It mediates the fusion of the viral envelope with the host cell membrane, allowing the virus to enter and initiate infection.
