Virions Quantification Service

We utilize tunable resistive pulse sensing (TRPS) technology to simultaneously measure the size and concentration of virus particles in solution. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) is employed to obtain information on the size distribution of virus particles, offering crucial data for studying the biological characteristics of the virus. We also utilize single virus inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy (SV ICP-MS) for the identification and counting of individual viruses (SV) for our clients.

Viral Nucleic Acid and Protein Quantification Service

For veterinary virus nucleic acids, we utilize techniques such as qPCR and RT-PCR to help customers conduct quantitative analysis. Regarding veterinary virus proteins, we employ technologies like ELISA, bicinchoninic acid (BCA) assay, hemagglutination assay, and single radial immunodiffusion (SRID) assay for quantitative detection. This service aids clients in gaining in-depth insights into the biological characteristics of the virus, studying virus-host interactions, and evaluating vaccine and drug efficacy.

Viral Infectivity Quantification Service

Our service employs plaque assay, 50% tissue culture infective dose (TCID50), and focus forming assay (FFA) to precisely determine the active veterinary virus quantity and infectivity in client samples. Virus Particle Counting Service
