Veterinary Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) Kit Development
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a new nucleic acid amplification technology that is "simple, fast, accurate, and low-cost". Recently, LAMP has been increasingly applied to veterinary diagnosis, bringing about refreshing changes. BioVenic is a leading company specializing in advanced molecular biology solutions for the veterinary industry. Our expertise in veterinary LAMP/RT-LAMP kit development provides excellent service to our customers.

What We Offer?
BioVenic's veterinary LAMP/RT-LAMP kit development services cover the entire process from initial design to custom kit production. We provide comprehensive services to ensure that help customers develop LAMP kits of high quality and performance. Our advantageous services include the following items.
Kit Development and Optimization
By considering factors such as target pathogens or genetic markers, sample types, and specific detection requirements, we provide primer design services and select components to help customers develop LAMP/RT-LAMP kits for animal diagnostic research.
Customization and Tailored Solutions
We understand that each customer has unique requirements. Our team works closely with our customers to customize the LAMP/RT-LAMP kits according to their specific needs.
Quality Control and Validation
BioVenic maintains strict quality control measures to ensure that our veterinary LAMP/RT-LAMP kits meet the highest standards.
Our contract manufacturing service enables the production of kit for research use, including the preparation of master mixes, primers, enzymes, and other necessary components.
Common Viruses Detected by LAMP/RT-LAMP in Veterinary Diagnostics
LAMP and RT-LAMP can detect a wide variety of pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, parasites, and protozoa among other pathogens. Viruses and bacteria are the focus of current research. We have rich experience in developing virus/bacteria LAMP/RT-LAMP detection kits for customers. The table below shows some of our service capabilities. ▼
Veterinary LAMP/RT-LAMP Kit Development Service Process
At BioVenic, we follow a rigorous development process to ensure the quality and reliability of our preclinical veterinary NGS panels or kits. This process involves several key stages as follows.
Design Primers
We help customers design and synthesize LAMP/RT-LAMP primers for target genes, including forward inner primer, forward outer primer, backward inner primer, and backward outer primer.
Template Preparation
We help customers prepare template DNA or RNA, which can be purified nucleic acid or nucleic acid extracted directly from a sample.
Results Visualization
We analyze results for customers through real-time quantitative detection or end-point detection methods, such as fluorescent dyes, colorimetric methods, gel electrophoresis, latex agglutination, etc.
Reaction System Setup
We provide LAMP/RT-LAMP master mix preparation service. The premix can be prepared by using commercial products directly, or by preparing a reaction system containing Bst DNA polymerase, reverse transcriptase, buffer, dNTPs, etc.
Reaction Condition Setting
We set the appropriate reaction conditions for our customers. The LAMP/RT-LAMP reaction is carried out under constant temperature conditions (usually 60-65℃), and the reaction time depends on the target copy number and the performance of the premix solution, generally 5-60 minutes.
Applications of LAMP and RT-LAMP in Veterinary Diagnostics
LAMP and RT-LAMP techniques offer rapid, sensitive, and precise identification of diverse veterinary pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, and more.
Ease of operation and visualized outcomes make LAMP and RT-LAMP suitable for epidemiological studies and investigations of various animal pathogenic microorganisms.
LAMP and RT-LAMP are often used for the diagnosis and monitoring of infectious diseases in companion animals, such as canine distemper virus.
BioVenic stands as a reputable company within the veterinary research, crafting cutting-edge solutions within the realm of molecular biology. We hold steadfast confidence in delivering top-tier veterinary LAMP/RT-LAMP kit development services of the utmost quality. Should you have questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to directly contact us. Your inquiries are of paramount importance to us.
