Animal ESC Isolation Service Animal ESC Characterization Service Why Choose Us?

With the rapid development of cell therapy and veterinary drug research and development, the demand for in vitro animal research is increasing. Cell lines are generally immortalized cells that have undergone gene editing. Compared to similar cells in the body, they have significant differences in related biological functions. The advantages of primary cells are therefore beginning to emerge. Extracting primary stem cells from animals is a challenging aspect of the research and application process. The quality of extracted cells is influenced by various factors such as donor age, tissue selection, cell separation and culture. BioVenic has extensive experience in the extraction, culture and identification of primary cells. The isolated embryonic stem cells offer the advantages of low generation, excellent morphology and high quality. We are dedicated to take over the time-consuming and labor-intensive process of embryonic stem cell extraction, separation, culture, and characterization for researchers to ensure and support the smooth progress of your project.

Animal ESC Isolation Service

BioVenic has developed a customized separation service technology process for animal embryonic stem cells or embryonic-like stem cells to ensure that the isolated cells retain the potential for multidirectional differentiation and self-replication after in vitro passage, and are stable and have good vitality. Our animal embryonic stem cells are generally isolated from the inner cell mass of fresh embryonic tissue from healthy animals and the interfering cells are removed. We carefully match the feeder layer cells, design a stable in vitro culture system, and perform supporting functional characterization and identification of multi-lineage differentiation ability after separation. Our ESC separation and extraction technology process has been improved and optimized through years of project experience and is carried out by technicians with rich practical experience to further ensure the high quality and reliability of the separation service.

Animal ESC Characterization Service

BioVenic offers morphological and functional identification and characterization solutions for animal embryonic stem cells. Our research team identifies the standard morphology of ESCs from different species and their undifferentiated proliferation behavior under appropriate culture conditions. We also detect surface markers specific to the undifferentiated stage of ESC expression. With our reliable and comprehensive characterization and identification services, we aim to ensure that our customers' ESCs are used in scientific research to produce stable and reproducible results.

Items Characteristics
Morphology
  • Displays and maintains a normal diploid karyotype.
  • Cells produce uniform colonies.
  • The nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio is high, with two or more nucleoli.
  • There are typical gaps between cells.
Surface markers
  • Oct4: A transcription factor involved in the self-maintenance process of ESCs.
  • Nanog: A transcription factor that plays a role in cell renewal.
  • SSEA-4: A surface marker for stage-specific embryonic antigen.
Functionality
  • Proliferates in culture for long periods without differentiation.
  • Remains pluripotent and can be induced to differentiate in multiple directions.
  • Remains in the S phase of the cell cycle for most of its life.
